The train yard is no stranger to twins, with Donald and Douglas the Scottish Twin Trains already members of the fleet. None of the engines were surprised when twins Bill and Ben joined Thomas and his friends. What often is surprising is the many tricks the two trains enjoy playing on the others. But they don’t spend all of their time teasing the other trains, the two work diligently for the Sodor China Clay Company, though sometimes the older engines have to keep them in line.Identical twins from their looks to their jokes, their brown nameplates help the other trains identify them. Ready to tease or trail any train, Bill and Ben are easy to spot in their bright yellow tanks. With only four wheels the two engines still manage to cover a lot of tracks and cause a lot of trouble.
Bill and Ben have been a team since their first appearance in the book Main Line Engines, and remain one, being sold as a set in Thomas Wooden Railway, making it no trouble to add these two twin trains to any train set. Each toy train measures approximately 3 inches in length and can attach to each other or other trains with magnetic connectors. The Bill and Ben 2 pack comes with train toys of both Bill and Ben.
Thomas Wooden Railway toy trains are compatible with BRIO train sets.
