Along with Sir Handel, Peter Sam was also trained by Duke to be a really useful engine. When this tank engine came to the Narrow Gauge Railway he changed his name from Stuart and now goes by Peter Sam. A hard-working, friendly train with much experience, sometimes Peter Sam can be a little too trusting. Though Thomas and the other engines tease him, they’re still all friends.Peter Sam wears the number 4 on the side of his dark-green cab with black stripes. He can be identified from the other green trains by his unique funnel and kind smile.
For a limited time only in 2008, Thomas Wooden Railway is reissuing the toy train of Peter Sam. Peter Sam toy can pull or push other trains or cars with magnetic connectors. This classic wooden toy won’t be around for long, so add him to your child’s train set today.
