Sir Topham Hatt controls all of the trains on the Island of Sodor. He’s in charge of making sure Thomas the Tank Engine and his friends are really useful engines and always right on time. But Sir Topham Hatt must not be late either, so he drives around the island in his bright blue little convertible. It may not go as fast as an express train but it gets him where he needs to be.
